Bauchi Police Arrest Man Allegedly Impersonating DSS Operative
Police in Bauchi have arrested a 40-year-old man for allegedly impersonating an operative of the Department of State Services (DSS). The suspect was intercepted by the Command's Violent Crimes Response Unit during a routine patrol in the Bayan Gari area of Bauchi metropolis on July 27. He allegedly claimed to be attached to the DSS Bauchi State Command. Police said preliminary investigations found that he was not a DSS operative.
