International Breweries Technical Trainee Programme: Requirements and Recruitment Process
International Breweries is recruiting Technical Trainees to build practical skills in quality assurance, quality control, food safety and brewery operations. Successful trainees will be prepared to take up responsibilities within the company after completing the programme. Applicants should hold a B.Tech degree or higher in a science-related field. They must be willing to work at any of the company’s seven breweries, have a valid driver’s licence, and demonstrate leadership potential and teamwork. Previous quality-control experience in an FMCG company is an advantage. The recruitment process may include an online application, cognitive and behavioural assessments, a video interview, panel interviews, assessment-centre exercises, and pre-employment checks.
