Leverkusen Director Addresses Victor Boniface Transfer Rumours
Bayer Leverkusen managing director Simon Rolfes has played down speculation that Victor Boniface could leave the club when the January transfer window opens. Reports say the Nigerian forward is unhappy with his limited playing time this season. Rolfes, however, said Boniface must stay fit, keep working and remain patient for his opportunities. He added that the club wants to improve the striker’s fitness and defensive work so he can better display his attacking strengths. Boniface has registered one assist in one league appearance this campaign.
