Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has been named among the five nominees for the 2026 Ballon d’Or Men’s Coach of the Year award. He is shortlisted alongside Spain coach Luis de la Fuente, Aston Villa’s Unai Emery, Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique and Bayern Munich boss Vincent Kompany. Arteta led Arsenal to their first Premier League title in 22 years and also reached the Champions League final, where the Gunners lost to PSG on penalties. The winner will be announced at the Ballon d’Or gala in London on 26 October.
