St. Peter’s African Church Ilawo to Mark 60th Anniversary With Thanksgiving and Chieftaincy Installation
St. Peter’s African Church, Ilawo Archdeaconry Headquarters in Abeokuta, Ogun State, will hold its 60th anniversary thanksgiving and chieftaincy installation on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The programme will include the launch of a ₦100 million endowment fund, meritorious and posthumous awards, and the commencement of a church school project. It is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. at the church auditorium on Church Street, Adedotun, Abeokuta. Church leaders, traditional rulers, members and other guests are expected to celebrate the church’s six decades of service and support its development plans.
