Adamawa Royals Reject Land Grab Allegations Against Wali Mbamba

Adamawa Royals Reject Land Grab Allegations Against Wali Mbamba

Concerned descendants of the Adamawa Royal Family have dismissed recent land grab claims against Alhaji Aminu Abdulkadir Mbamba. In a statement, Prince Musa Aliyu Mustapha and other family members called the petition false and malicious, highlighting Mbamba’s integrity and service record. They noted his rise from a respected oil and gas entrepreneur to National President of IPMAN. The royal family stressed that all his assets were lawfully acquired and challenged petitioners to present any evidence in court rather than resorting to public accusations. The statement reaffirmed that the office of Walin Adamawa is rooted in centuries-old tradition. It defended the Lamido’s authority to appoint kingmakers and explained that recent council decisions were internal administrative matters. The descendants urged the public to uphold the Emirate’s customs and ignore unfounded allegations.

Local authorities should review land title documents openly to resolve any confusion and restore trust in Mbamba's leadership.
