For Nearly 10 Years, Flies Have Swarmed Around Me Everywhere I Go — Please Help

Please, I need genuine advice. For almost 10 years, flies have seemed to swarm around me wherever I go. It has happened in different homes, cities and even countries, and I do not understand why. I once noticed it became worse after I used a perfume I bought online. I stopped using it immediately, but the flies kept coming. I have also sought spiritual help over the years, but nothing has changed. I am now wondering whether there could be a medical, environmental or hygiene-related explanation. Has anyone experienced this personally, or knows someone who did? Please share what caused it and what helped. I am exhausted and would appreciate serious advice, not insults or mockery.
