Actor Kunle Afod shared the news online, stating that AY Light marked his birthday on Wednesday, October 14, with family and friends. A video from the set showed friends teasing him for working on his birthday. He reportedly replied that he needed to work to make money. After the celebration, AY Light reportedly went indoors and later cried out for help. People around him rushed to assist, but he was said to have died while being taken to hospital.
