Enrique: PSG Need a Full Squad, Not Just 11 Players, to Win Trophies

Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique says the club need strength across the entire squad to compete successfully for Ligue 1 and European honours. After PSG’s 2-2 draw with Stade Rennais, substitute Ferran Torres scored twice to underline the value of players beyond the starting line-up. Enrique said he needs 23 players ready to contribute, rather than relying on only 11. He added that players returning from demanding international duties, including Ousmane Dembélé, will be given recovery time when needed. The coach stressed that no player is guaranteed a place and that daily effort will determine selection.
