FirstBank 2026 Graduate Trainee Applicants Begin Receiving Assessment Centre Invites

Some applicants who passed the first-level assessment for FirstBank’s 2026 Pan Africa Graduate Trainee Programme have begun receiving invitations to a virtual Assessment Centre. The next stage will include an analytical case study, competency-based interview, group exercise and presentation. Candidates will be assessed on areas such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, decision-making and leadership potential. Applicants should prepare STAR-format examples, practise analysing business information and case studies, and test their laptop, webcam, microphone, internet connection and power supply ahead of the virtual exercise. Further instructions are expected on or before 8 September 2026. Have you received an invitation? Share your experience and preparation tips with other candidates.
