Oilserv Graduate Trainee Programme for Nigerian Engineering Graduates
Oilserv is recruiting Nigerian engineering graduates for its Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme combines structured training, mentorship and on-the-job experience across technical functions in the energy and engineering sector. Successful trainees will receive professional development support, exposure to major projects, health insurance, pension benefits, annual leave and other employee benefits. Outstanding participants may be considered for permanent employment after completing the programme. Applicants must have completed NYSC, hold at least a Second Class Upper degree in Engineering, and have zero to two years of work experience.
