CANAL+ Secures Exclusive UEFA Club Football Rights in Sub-Saharan Africa Until 2031

CANAL+ has secured exclusive Sub-Saharan African broadcast rights for the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League until 2031. The four-season deal begins in the 2027/28 campaign and covers more than 40 countries. SuperSport will remain the exclusive home of the competitions in English- and Portuguese-speaking markets, including Nigeria, through DStv and GOtv. CANAL+ Sport will also provide comprehensive coverage in French-speaking markets. The agreement extends CANAL+’s growing portfolio of premium football rights across Africa.
