Anambra Sports Commissioner Dissolves Solution FC Board, Appoints Iloenyosi Interim Supervisor
The Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports in Anambra State has dissolved the entire management team of Solution Football Club. At a meeting on June 11, the Director of Sports announced that all board members, technical crew and staff are relieved of their duties. Chief Chikelue Iloenyosi, Chairman of the state FA, will serve as interim supervisor until a new management team is appointed. The move aligns with the state government’s “Solution Agenda” to revamp sports development. All club assets must be handed over to the sports commission immediately. Solution FC, owned by the Anambra State Government, competes in the Nigeria National League, the country’s second-tier professional league.
