NDC Says Peter Obi’s Name Now on INEC Portal Despite Legal Dispute

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced that Peter Obi’s name has been uploaded to the INEC nomination portal as the party advances his presidential candidacy. The party’s National Leader said access to INEC’s portal was restored amid ongoing court battles over the NDC’s status. INEC has yet to confirm the upload independently. The NDC also revealed it has appealed a recent court ruling and applied for a stay of execution. It will upload its vice-presidential candidate’s name once outstanding legal documents are finalised.
