Nigeria’s Oluwaseun Ogunsakin Wins ITF J200 Boys’ Singles Title in Egypt

Nigerian tennis prospect Oluwaseun Ogunsakin has won the 2026 ITF J200 boys’ singles title in Cairo, Egypt. The 17-year-old defeated France’s Matisse Martin 7-5, 6-3 in the final to claim his second ITF J200 title of the year. Ogunsakin had won his first J200 trophy in March after fighting back to beat Botswana’s Ntungamili Raguin 1-6, 7-6, 6-3. His latest victory adds to a strong season that has also included a historic appearance at the US Open Junior Championships. The National Sports Commission congratulated him and said Nigeria was proud of his achievement.
