A Prayer for Forgiveness and a Clean Heart
Scripture reminds us that walking in God’s light requires honesty about our sins. When we confess, He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Psalm 51 is a prayer of repentance, asking God for mercy, cleansing and renewal. It calls for a broken and contrite heart rather than empty sacrifices.
