Florida Mother Accused of Beating 12-Year-Old Son and Threatening to Kill Him

According to court documents, 32-year-old Lucianny Luna is accused of repeatedly striking her 12-year-old son and threatening to kill him after he accused her of having an affair. School staff alerted police when the boy showed facial contusions and other injuries. The records state that Luna slapped her son, pulled his hair, and struck him about 18 times with a glass bottle while driving him to a park. She allegedly tried to slash his palm with her car keys and later slammed him against a wall at home, shouting, “I want to kill you.” The boy managed to escape, call his aunt, and show her his wounds. When questioned, Luna admitted hitting him “on the back” but denied striking his face or head. She has been arrested and charged with child abuse.
