Colorado Paints Hiring Sales Merchandisers for Field Sales Roles
Colorado Paints is recruiting Sales Merchandisers to drive brand visibility, identify sales opportunities, and support customer engagement across assigned territories. The field-based role involves visiting building sites, decorators, contractors, and prospective customers while working closely with the sales team. Applicants should have at least an OND qualification. Experience in sales, merchandising, field marketing, customer service, building materials, or paints is an advantage. Candidates must be between 25 and 30 years old, target-driven, presentable, confident in customer engagement, and willing to travel extensively within their assigned territory. The role offers a monthly transport and feeding stipend of ₦100,000, subject to territory and transport arrangements. Successful candidates can also earn 10% commission on direct sales and an additional 2.5% rebate for meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Strong performers may be considered for promotion to Sales Executive after one year.
