Thierry Henry Relists New York Penthouse for $25 Million
Former Arsenal and Barcelona star Thierry Henry and his partner, Andrea Rajacic, have relisted their SoHo penthouse in New York for $25 million. The asking price is $1.75 million below the property’s previous listing price. The roughly 6,086-square-foot home has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two powder rooms and about 3,400 square feet of private outdoor space. It also has four terraces, a rooftop lounge and views across SoHo, the Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade Center. Henry bought the penthouse and the apartment below it for $14.85 million in 2010, when he joined the New York Red Bulls. The combined home includes two private parking spaces, direct elevator access from the garage and private storage.
