Lagos State Completes State-of-the-Art Multi-Agency Complex in Alausa
The Lagos State Government has completed a new Multi-Agency Complex in Alausa, Ikeja. The development sits on 2.01 hectares and comprises three modern blocks (A, B and C) designed to centralise critical state agency operations and reduce congestion at the old Secretariat campus. Block B rises eight floors, while Blocks A and C each have five floors. The first two levels serve as parking for over 600 vehicles. Upper floors provide office space, and the penthouses on each block offer dedicated conference facilities. The complex also features relaxation areas and advanced safety systems to boost comfort and administrative efficiency under Governor Sanwo-Olu’s legacy.
