Farmers should take regular water breaks, rest in shaded areas when possible, and avoid working through severe heat exhaustion. Simple habits such as carrying safe drinking water, wearing protective clothing, and recognising warning signs like dizziness, weakness, very dark urine, or reduced urination can help prevent serious health problems. Anyone with persistent symptoms should seek medical care promptly. Protecting our health is as important as protecting our crops.
