Enyimba FC’s board members visited the squad on Wednesday to encourage the players ahead of Sunday’s Nigeria Premier Football League match against Inter Lagos. The visit was the board’s first meeting with the team this season. Chairman Kanu Nwankwo and other club officials assured the players of their support and pledged to prioritise the team’s welfare. Enyimba are seeking their first win of the campaign after away matches against Niger Tornadoes and Doma United. The People’s Elephant host Inter Lagos at the Enyimba Stadium on Sunday.
