Persistent Groin Odour, Strong-Smelling Urine and Chest Rash Despite Negative Urine Test

I have had a persistent foul smell around my groin for several months, especially when I sweat or work out. I also notice that my urine has a strong smell, and I have developed rashes on my chest and back. I had unprotected sex before these symptoms started, so I am worried about a possible infection. A clinic requested a urine test, but the result showed no bacterial growth. I have attached the result for reference. I cannot currently afford another test. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms, and what should I discuss with a doctor or sexual-health clinic?
