Tinubu Arrives in Kigali Ahead of 13th Africa CEO Forum
President Bola Tinubu has landed in Kigali, Rwanda, ahead of the 13th Africa CEO Forum opening on Thursday. He was received at the Presidential Wing of Kigali International Airport by Foreign Affairs Minister Bianca Ojukwu, Defence Minister Juvenal Marizamunda, Industry Minister Jumoke Oduwole, National Intelligence Agency Director-General Mohammed Mohammed, Nigerian Chargé d’Affaires Ibrahim Zanna and presidential aide Sunday Dare. Founded in 2012, the Africa CEO Forum is the continent’s largest annual gathering of private sector leaders, investors and policymakers. This year’s theme, “The Scale Imperative: Why Africa Must Embrace Shared Ownership,” will frame discussions on regional integration and cross-border investment. At the summit, Tinubu will keynote on “Holding the Line: Nigeria’s Reform Bet in a Fractured World” and hold high-level bilateral meetings to reinforce Nigeria’s leadership in Africa’s economic transformation.
