Hotel Manager Vacancy in Onitsha, Anambra State

A newly established hotel in Onitsha is hiring an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and support the growth of the property. The successful candidate will lead staff, improve guest satisfaction, manage rooms, food and beverage, housekeeping and maintenance, while driving occupancy, revenue and cost control. The role also involves building relationships with corporate clients and event partners, implementing operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field, at least five years of hospitality experience, and two to three years in a supervisory or management role. Experience managing teams and departments in a growing hotel will be an advantage. This is a full-time role based in Onitsha, Anambra State.
