Borno Parents Demand Answers as Abducted Mussa Pupils Remain Missing After 87 Days

They said the absence of information has left parents anxious and children’s classrooms empty. Civil society groups have criticised the limited public communication from authorities and called for stronger rescue operations. A security source said an early search mission was ambushed in the forest, highlighting the dangers faced by rescue teams. The Borno Government said the matter concerns security agencies, while a security expert urged the Federal Government to show equal urgency in rescuing the Mussa schoolchildren and teachers.
