DJ Association Bans Burna Boy’s Music After Nightclub Clash

DJ Association Bans Burna Boy’s Music After Nightclub Clash — 1 of 3
1 / 3

The Nigerian DJ Association has banned all its members from playing Burna Boy’s songs both at home and abroad. This decision follows an alleged altercation at a Lagos nightclub between Burna Boy’s crew and DJ Tunez. Eyewitnesses report the disagreement escalated into a physical fight that left DJ Tunez injured. In its statement, the association stressed that no one is born hating and that all DJs deserve equal respect and opportunity. It condemned discrimination based on skin colour, religion, background or gender. The ban will remain in effect until a full investigation is complete. DJs nationwide are urged to stay professional, respect every artist and uphold unity within the industry.
