Plateau Troops Rescue Two Kidnap Victims, Arrest 11 Suspects in Jos Raids
Troops of Operation Enduring Peace have rescued two kidnapped victims and arrested 11 suspected kidnappers during intelligence-led operations in Plateau State. The raids targeted suspected criminal hideouts in Shere, Gwafan and Maza Hills around Rayfield and other parts of Jos North. The rescued victims reportedly identified three of those arrested as members of the group linked to their abduction. Troops also carried out cordon-and-search operations in Bassa and Mangu local government areas, recovering weapons and ammunition. Residents have been urged to support security agencies with useful information.
