This week has been full of difficult revelations for me. I found evidence that my girlfriend was unfaithful, and a friend also saw her at a nightclub. I also learned that another woman who used to show interest in me is now dating someone I know. On top of that, I heard about a few secret relationships among people I thought were very committed to their values. These experiences have left me questioning whether serious relationships are worth the emotional and financial investment. Still, I know my personal experiences do not define every woman or every relationship. I am trying to process the hurt and rethink what I want going forward.
