The Way of Blessing: Following God’s Leading
The true green pasture in life is not simply a place that looks attractive. It is the place where God leads. When the Lord is your Shepherd, He leads you toward provision, peace, protection and fulfilment. Psalm 23 reminds us that a sheep does not choose its pasture; the shepherd does. God sees what we cannot see. He knows the relationships, opportunities and seasons that will truly benefit us. Do not despise your journey because someone else’s path appears greener. Like Joseph, difficult seasons may be part of the route to purpose. Seek God’s direction and trust Him to order your steps. Prayer: Father, be my Shepherd and guide me according to Your perfect will. Keep me from attractive paths You have not ordained, and lead me into the provision, peace and purpose You have prepared for me. Amen.
