Osun NUJ Announces 35th Anniversary and 2026 Press Week Programme
The Osun State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists will mark its 35th anniversary alongside its 2026 Press Week from October 23 to November 1. The programme includes a Jumat service, public lecture, health walk, medical check-up, sports final, sanitation exercise, cultural display and professional awards. Activities will take place mainly at the NUJ Press Centre in Osogbo. The celebration will also feature an interaction with past council leaders, an Asun Night, an evening with a royal father and a thanksgiving service. The council says the events will promote professionalism, unity and camaraderie among journalists in Osun State.
