Anambra Commissioner Visits Boy Brutalised by Foster Guardian

Anambra State’s Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Chinyere Onyekesi, visited Chiziterem, the young boy recently found severely abused by the woman entrusted with his care. The foster mother and her husband are now in police custody as authorities investigate the case. The ministry has pledged ongoing support for the child’s recovery and will work to ensure justice is served, according to local reports.
