Police Recover Phone Allegedly Stolen in Adamawa, Arrest Suspect in Anambra

The Anambra State Police Command says it has arrested a 19-year-old suspect and recovered an Infinix phone allegedly stolen in Adamawa State. Operatives of the State Intelligence Department in Awka reportedly made the arrest on October 19 following intelligence-led tracking. Police allege that the suspect took mobile phones from victims in Adamawa before travelling to Anambra, where the devices were to be sold or used. The command says investigations are continuing to establish the full circumstances of the case and return the recovered phone to its owner.
