Francis Duru’s Family Announces Funeral Arrangements in Abuja and Imo

The family of late Nollywood actor Francis Duru has announced plans for his final rites. Duru, 59, died on October 22, 2026, following an undisclosed illness. A service of songs will hold in Abuja on November 25 at the Family Worship Center, Wuye. Another service of songs is scheduled for December 10 at the Duru family compound in Okai, Eziama, Isiala Mbano, Imo State. His funeral and interment will take place at the family compound in Imo State on December 11, 2026. The family invited members of the public to join in celebrating the actor’s life and legacy.
