Djibril Cisse Denies QPR Helped Manchester City Win the 2012 Premier League Title

Djibril Cisse has rejected claims by Wayne Rooney and former referee Mike Dean that QPR deliberately helped Manchester City during the dramatic final day of the 2011-12 Premier League season. QPR led City 2-1 late in the match before Edin Dzeko equalised in stoppage time. After the restart, QPR lost possession quickly and Sergio Aguero scored the famous winner to secure City’s first league title since 1968.
