A Vision Calling People Back to a Life of Holiness
Before daybreak, I had a vision of Papa Oshoffa preaching to a congregation in a stadium-like setting. He called people to repent of dead works so they could enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I heard a Yoruba song asking God to remove anything that could hinder a person from walking the path of life. I also saw a man speak about facing hardship at work while remaining faithful to God’s truth. I am not a Celestial Church member, although the vision had a Celestial background. I believe its message is a call for them—and for all of us—to return to holiness. We should let go of anything that pulls us away from the path of life. People can become distracted by possessions, appearance, travel, status and luxury. But what does it profit someone to gain the whole world and lose their soul? I believe the Kingdom of Heaven is what truly matters. The vision also reminded me of the Christian teaching that the Antichrist and the False Prophet will be cast into the Lake of Fire, followed later by the devil and his angels.
