Matawalle Welcomes Governor Lawal into APC, Urges United Front Against Insecurity
Bello Matawalle, Minister of State for Defence and former Governor of Zamfara, has officially welcomed Governor Dauda Lawal into the All Progressives Congress. He described the decision as a historic development that will foster unity and strengthen the fight against banditry, kidnapping and other security threats in Zamfara. Matawalle called on political leaders and citizens to back President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and work together ahead of the 2027 elections.
