2,101 NYSC Members Sworn In for 2026 Batch C Orientation in Enugu
A total of 2,101 prospective corps members have been sworn in for the 2026 Batch C orientation course in Enugu State. The figure comprises 983 males and 1,118 females. At the ceremony in Awgu, Governor Peter Mbah urged Nigeria to create quality education, jobs, enterprise opportunities and effective institutions that give young people a reason to build their future at home. He said migration should be a choice rather than an escape route. The governor assured the corps members of safety, welfare and a supportive service environment. NYSC officials also praised ongoing improvements at the orientation camp and pledged continued collaboration with the state government.
