TBRC Finalises Counterinsurgency Leadership and Resilience Course Modules
The Tukur Buratai Research Centre has completed new course modules aimed at strengthening leadership, resilience and command capacity in counterinsurgency operations. Developed during a four-day expert workshop in Abuja, the curricula cover six courses across tactical, operational and strategic levels. They focus on resilience, leadership, command decision-making, team cohesion and sustained effectiveness under pressure. Retired military officers, academics and security specialists contributed to the modules, bringing a tri-service perspective from the Army, Navy and Air Force. The completed curricula have been submitted to the Centre’s Board of Trustees for consideration and further action.
