26-Year-Old Nigerian Man Arrested in Georgia After Random Early Morning Attacks
A string of seemingly random attacks left three people wounded and several dead in DeKalb County before dawn on Monday. Investigators say the suspect struck victims at separate locations between midnight and 7 a.m. Authorities arrested 26-year-old Olaolukitan Adon-Abel in nearby Troup County. They credit a private neighborhood’s license plate reader network with tracking his rented silver Volkswagen Jetta and leading troopers to him. Only one victim has been identified: 40-year-old Lauren Bullis, who was shot and stabbed while walking her dog. A neighbor reported witnessing what appeared to be an attempted sexual assault. The other two victims have not yet been named, and one remains in critical condition.
