Help! I Have Rashes/warts That Won't Go For Over 5 Years Now.

Help!...I have been battling with rashes/warts all over body (especially my back, neck, arm, navel and armpit) for over 5 years now. It's terrible, recurring, embarrassing and a gory site to behold. These rashes are neither painful nor itchy and whenever a 3-in-1 topical is applied to it, it vanishes but once I stop, it increases more than before. I have gone to see several dermatologist and I've done some test, the last was a pathology from a chief dermatologist of a teaching hospital...the result came out initially as "Fox Fordyce disease" which was later cancelled as wrong diagnosis, and then another result came out as "Sarcoidosis"...I have spent so much on it without any result...I need help seriously! P.s.....it's not HPV!
