Prayer for Truth and Wisdom in a Difficult Workplace Situation

Heavenly Father, I am facing a difficult situation at work where the truth appears to be hidden and falsehood is causing harm. I ask You to bring every hidden matter to light and protect everyone affected. Please give me wisdom to respond calmly and wisely. Keep me from saying or doing anything that will worsen the situation, while guiding me towards the right steps to take. Comfort my colleagues who have been hurt, including those caught up in the conflict. As the God of truth, I trust You to bring justice, peace and resolution in Your perfect time.
