I Am Still Seeking My €1,000 Refund Over an Undelivered Germany Visa Service
I am seeking help over a €1,000 payment I made in July 2024 for a German sponsorship-letter service. I contacted Bigkoko, who operates Calm Travels, after seeing a forum post advertising the service. According to my records, the sponsorship letter was not secured and I requested a full refund. Since March 2025, I have received several proposed repayment dates that were not met. I also struggled to reach him after his previous WhatsApp number became unavailable. I have chat records and proof of payment. A recent message shown in the attached screenshot refers to an expected settlement date in April. I am asking anyone with useful recovery advice or experience dealing with similar travel-service disputes to share practical legal or administrative steps.
