Construction Manager Needed in Lagos – ₦1.25m Monthly

A full-time Construction Manager is needed in Lagos to oversee the planning, development, construction and maintenance of company facilities and infrastructure. The role includes managing contractors, consultants and bid processes; preparing project plans; supervising staff; enforcing quality, health, safety and environmental standards; and ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule. Applicants should hold a university degree with at least a 2:1, be COREN-certified and have project-management certification. A minimum of 10 years' construction-management experience is required. Experience with free zones, town planning, general infrastructure, multinational companies or FTSE 100 firms will be an advantage.
