Wedding Photographer David Martins Accused by Wife of Domestic Violence

The wife of wedding photographer David Martins has accused him of domestic violence, alleging years of physical, verbal and psychological abuse during their marriage. She said he allegedly attacked her on May 7, 2026, while she was carrying their three-month-old son. According to her, she had stayed silent for three years because she wanted to protect his reputation, but now fears for her safety and that of her child. She said the matter has been reported to the Lagos Police Gender Unit, as well as the United States and Canadian embassies. She also said she has photographs and videos to support her allegations.
