26 Ships With Fuel, Food and Other Cargoes Expected at Lagos Ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority says 26 vessels carrying petroleum products, food items and other cargoes are expected at Lagos ports between August 30 and September 13. The vessels include 12 container ships, four carrying aviation fuel, and 10 transporting crude oil, petrol, sugar and bulk salt. The authority also reported that 13 vessels are awaiting berthing, while 19 ships are currently discharging cargo at Lekki Deep Sea Port, Apapa Port and Tin Can Island Port. The cargoes include petrol, diesel, fertiliser, wheat, gas, containers and general goods.
