Salisu Yusuf Backs Shooting Stars to Recover From Poor NPFL Start
Shooting Stars technical adviser Salisu Yusuf remains confident the Ibadan club can recover after a difficult start to the NPFL season. The Oluyole Warriors have won two of their first six league matches and were eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup by Tunisia's CS Sfaxien. A goalless draw against Nasarawa United also left the former champions in the relegation zone. Yusuf admitted his disappointment with the result but urged supporters to remain patient. Shooting Stars will host Kano Pillars in a rescheduled league match on Wednesday.
