Super Falcons Defender Oluwatosin Demehin Signs Three-Year Deal With Benfica
Super Falcons centre-back Oluwatosin Demehin has joined Portuguese champions Benfica on a three-year contract after leaving Galatasaray. The 24-year-old said the move gives her a chance to develop at a higher level. She also consulted fellow Super Falcons player Christy Ucheibe, a former Benfica player, before making her decision. Demehin began her senior career at Sunshine Queens and Rivers Angels before moving to Stade de Reims in 2022. She joined Galatasaray in 2024 and now starts a new chapter in Portugal with Benfica.
