Chisco Group CEO Chidi Anyaegbu Endows COOU Transport Department With ₦1 Billion
Chisco Group founder and CEO, Chief Chidi Anyaegbu, has announced a ₦1 billion endowment for the Department of Transport Management at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam Campus. The university’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Kate Omenugha, said the fund would support the department and pledged that the institution would use it for its intended purpose. The visit also included a tour of facilities ahead of a planned groundbreaking for a new department building and multi-purpose auditorium. The maiden Chidi Anyaegbu Annual Public Lecture Series will hold on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the COOU Auditorium, Igbariam. The event will feature his 70th birthday celebration, a book presentation and discussions on indigenous enterprise and modern investment strategies.
