I travelled from Nigeria to Canada on 2 October and was connecting from Toronto to Edmonton. My 9:05 a.m. flight was first moved to 11:00 a.m., then delayed again until 12:30 p.m. While we waited, the airline gave passengers lunch vouchers and kept apologising for the disruption. Would airlines in Nigeria offer the same kind of compensation for a long delay?
